The motning shift person workimg st fromt drsk isnt friendly at all, quiet the opposite. And when youre getting breakfsdt, 2 people standing watching yiur every step. So i was uncomfortable grtting the food cause i felt judged with looks. But the jaccuzzi worked and the rest was good.

Requiring a $150.00 deposit posted to my AMERICAN EXPRESS. I told front desk I was a diamond account and he told me it did not matter. He wanted a deposit. I booked this time with expedia it was quicker than using on line and cheaper.. I will not go back unless I have to.

The hotel was clean. One of our bed was too squeaky and front desk swapped us out. Overall it was a very quiet night to help with my next day driving for 12 hours

The Property itself was clean and well cared for. But breakfast left a bit to be desired. My room was next to the Chute room which was fine 3 nights of my stay but the last night, someone used the Chute at 4m in the morning and the chute door slammed shut and woke me up with quite a start. new staff was training at the Front desk the entire time I was there, so the Front Desk was well staffed.

We almost always stay at this hotel when in Jackson. The rooms are comfortable and with the updated bathrooms with walk-in showers it's a great place to stay.

So as comfort Suutes go, this place was fresh and clean. Bed was comfy and pillows nice. The guy at front desk was uninspired but fine. Location is near lots of commerce and food. Really net net, perfectly fine. Not cheap but fine.

Check in was absolutely amazing! I didn’t get the young man’s name but he was awesome. We came in from traveling a while and I was a bit emotional from visiting my brother at the hospital and he made my thanksgiving!! The property is clean quiet and convenient!! We will be back!!
