Pros: The staff, free breakfast. Location.
Cons: Elevator.
Location: Across the highway from an outlet mall and a Bass Pro Shop. Lots of restaurants in the area.
Front desk staff was very accommodating with our very late arrival due to weather. Free breakfast was pleasant. Coffee was great. Would definitely stay there again.

Pleasant Hotel Nice Location

Pros: Basically I liked everything about this hotel.
Cons: Most hotels I stay at start serving breakfast at 6 am, but they started at 7, so my party and I had to go eat elsewhere in order to be on time.
Location: There are roughly 15 eating establishments, movie theaters, and a shopping mall within 5 minutes from the hotel.
Check in was pleasant and quick in a beautiful lobby. My room was comfortable and spacious. It was exceptionally quiet considering the interstate was close by.

Clean lobby, room, sheets. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Saw hair on wall and door.

Hotel under renovation

Hotel was under renovation and dirty And dusty. Of course it was Christmas week so there was no maid service Christmas Day which was ok. But There is no excuse for the ice machine And vending machine not working Except on the first floor in the middling Of the renovation area. Breakfast was Not mediocre but the coffee pots was Usually empty and had to ask for more To be made. Pool was not open nor was the exercise room. I felt a discount Was in order but but when I ask the desk Clerk just smiled and said "you already paid"

We apologize you were not satisfied with the condition of the hotel during your stay. We are undergoing renovations to the property in order to better serve all our guests. Unfortunately, with it being Christmas week, the company that services our ice machine was unavailable and the vending machine is service by a third party who also was not available over the holiday. I will be sure to speak to the breakfast staff about the issues you experienced with the coffee and we are doing our best to get the pool and fitness center re-opened. Most of the tiles have been set on the first floor so we should have both re-opened very soon. We appreciate you taking the time share your experience. Your comments are valued, and your suggestions will be used to consider improvements in the future.

Refund needed

I need to be refunded please. I actually never checked in due to standing at the front desk for 20 minutes without any help, while standing there i began to notice how disgusting and nasty the lobby was. I left and stayed at the comfort inn down the street. Please let me know what can be done. Thank you! Barry Walters

Above and beyond

Pros: Our son appreciated the indoor pool, and while cold portions of the morning breakfast were the same, the hot items varied daily.
Location: It is right across the interstate from shopping and restaurants at a very busy exit.
Owner/manager picked us up at the airport and offered to take us anywhere we needed to eat. While there was renovation going on, it was quiet and clean in our part of the hotel. On our last night we did not have our son's car to use and called the front desk for a ride to get dinner since a restaurant we saw on line said it did not deliver, but the front desk clerk told us they did deliver.

Pros: The indoor pool and hot tub!
Cons: They could improve by cutting the expense of the deposit!
It was ok had issues when we arrived and took us over an hour before getting our rooms!

Pros: The staff was friendly.
Cons: It needs to be remodeled and thicker blankets need to be in the room.
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The room was very out-of-date and not very comfortable. There was only a thin blanket on the bed. The air-conditioning unit had a moldy smell, and the walls were very thin.

Dirty and old. Uncomfortable and noisy. Filled with bugs. Nasty breakfast. No variety at breakfast.
