In the ghetto

Do not stay in Canton! This is the ghetto overrun by thugs. Go to Madison 10 min away very nice.

Aft 2 days I ask for my sheets to get change and it wasn't done..The WIFI never connection was bad...some cosmetics problems ...otherwise cleaner than HJ... in Jackson..

The bathroom was horrible . Looked as tho it had not been clean. A BLACK RING was around tub. It was bad ...

Lack of basic cleaning

The bathroom wasn't clean. There were half-used shampoo/conditioner bottles in the shower. There was a large amount of stale coffee left in the coffee maker. The room had high humidity. I will never stay there again. I would have checked into an alternate motel if it had not been 10:30pm at the end of a long day of traveling.

Spend more money and stay elsewhere

Pros: Hotel staff, large refrigerator, and comfortable beds.
Cons: Open the pool and make sure the laundry person's hair isn't EVERYWHERE!
While the staff was helpful and the rooms were comfortable, there was long black hair in the beds and pillowcases. Also, my children wanted to swim, and the pool wasn't open. When I asked the clerk why the pool wasn't open (on July 24), she said, "We never opened it this year." Don't advertise that there's a pool if you never bother to make this amenity available!
