I forgot just how nice Embassy Suites are! Nice place, huge well decorated lobby, a real breakfast! Custom made omelets! Large rooms, well kept grounds, pool! Only negative thing during my stay was an elevator was out of order. Also the expresso machine at breakfast was out of order. Staff very nice!

The hotel was clean and attractive. The employees - especially the servers at breakfast - were friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this Embassy Suites again.

At breakfast time, only one person was doing everything (cooking and serving), had to wait over 15 minutes, just to get bacon and pancakes which were already prepared.

The hotel itself stinks, elevators stink, walking to room and around hotel didn’t smell welcome or clean…Call for room service No show, Call for extra Towels, No show, Sink was dirty, thermostat wasn’t working probably..Just horrible. Bathroom shower had water leaking into the actual bathroom area, which could’ve caused an accident..I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to no one…

Family together.
Family get together. We were there only one night. This is a very nice property. It was clean except for the overflow in the outside trash cans. Probably the best breakfast I’ve had with multiple hot choices and even on-site preparation. Would definitely stay again.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!
Very disappointed with the overall visit. The cost of $330 was beyond ridiculous for one night stay and had a room with floor cracking , didn’t smell clean, and had dust on fixtures!!! There were dirty floors at elevator and door entrance. The carpet has stains in hall way. I feel this is not acceptable with the cost of what was paid in a more upscale area that wouldn’t expect this.

The ladies at check in was super nice and friendly. Now the ones who was cooking and serving food was so mean and rude and all except one man but the rest that service me had a smart mouth. We checked in Thursday got food at the hotel restaurant I got chicken the chicken was really good. Friday I go back and they are out of chicken not just that day but they was out the whole weekend. Then one of the young ladies got smart and said it’s the weekend they can’t get chicken on the weekends and that I can google a chicken place near the hotel. This hotel isn’t cheap I expected more but got less. Very disappointed in this hotel.

Front of the house
This Embassy was different. The front of the house is suppose to greet you have a pleasant attitude. The young lady was sitting in a chair I walked up so that she can see me. She said nothing the phone ring I stood back when she got off the phone she still did not greet me I waited a few more minutes she finally acknowledged me. She then preceded to tell me that she was not checking anyone in until 5pm. I said nothing and walked away. As I walked outside I saw a young lady in uniform who I thought was the manager she was pleasant her name was Nikki. She stated that she was not the manager but she would definitely help me. I told her I was going to get some lunch, and I would come back. After lunch I came back to the hotel Nikita was pleasant, courteous, and everything the front of the house should be. Nikki was the VIP that day. The experience from the other young I felt as if I was at the Red Roof , or Motel 8. Everything else was excellent. We will be back in October , and in December I hope the front of the house experience is better Thank you Nikki for your awesome hospitality

Jackson Mississippi Embassy Suite Nightmare!
We had to move rooms 3 times but should have probably just found a new location to stay at, but it was 11:30pm and I was tired. First room had live bed bugs crawling on the wall and others dead on the floor in the bathroom. The staff changed our room but the next room, the mattress was horrible. I thought after the first room I was going to check closely. There appeared to be old blood spots on the mattress and black specks that I’m not sure what it was. This was on the pull out mattress. Since our son was going to use the pullout coach bed, we changed rooms again. I’ve stayed at Embassy suites many times and have always had very good experiences with this company.

Good stay
The one night was great we decided to book another night.The receptionist first night check in was great.We just arrived from Dallas and hour early and she checked us in with no problems..When we rebooked the room the new receptionist was polite and rechecked us in with no problems..The chef during breakfast was nice..The facility is beautiful and nice. I have one thing to recommend (not a complaint)that the housekeeper dust or change out curtains.

I enjoyed talking with the lady that checked me in. She answered all my questions. I look forward to many more wonderful stays at this locations. I love that they had microwave and fridge. I was able to heat and eat leftovers. I felt safe walking out at night time.
