Pros: Accessability
Cons: Cleanliness above everything
When checking in front desk clerk didnt even end her conversation with someone else. There was 3 pieces of trash on the bathroom floor, and it was clear that the towels had not all been changed.

Nice but a few surprises

Pros: Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Parking spaces were plentiful.
Cons: Hangars would be nice.
Location: It was off of a road that runs parallel to the highway. It was late when I got in but I did pass a few places to eat on the way.
Finding the lobby was difficult. I circled twice before I spotted the sign. I was expecting the lobby to be in the front. It was on the side. I got in late so the office was closed but there were instructions for getting the key. The room was fine but when I went to hang my clothes up, I discovered there were no hangars at all. I've never gone to a hotel with no hangars. Otherwise the room was fine for the amount of time I needed it.

Not a pleasant hotel experience.

Pros: Very nice water pressure in the shower and a good location near the freeway and restaurants. The room was great size, but everything was worn out.
This hotel has a staff that could care less. The hotel rooms do not have alarm clocks, hair dryers!, coffee makers or a breakfast as advertised. The breakfast was cold coffee and store bought weird muffins, really nothing else and the staff thought it was funny. I asked about where the ice maker to fill my cooler was and the reply is that you have ice trays in the room, fill them with water and you have ice, we don't have an ice machine. In the morning, at check out I don't think the water would freeze anytime soon. The room was a great size and had a kitchenette, but there were no utensils, plates etc. The staff said you have to check them out at the front desk. The area was very sketchy with many cars trolling and lurking around. I should have known this was a bad area when they asked for a $100 deposit in cash that was refundable in the morning. The hotel chain is fine, but this hotel has no business being on anyone's list such as Expedia, Hotwire etc. The WiFi was extremely slow. The room had a smoke odor with a note on the bed that room was inspected for smell and you will be charged if you smoke. The shower had great water pressure and it was the highlight of the stay until we used the towels and they were so rough they exfoliated our skin. The location was convenient near the highway and near many restaurants. The bed was pretty hard so it was easy to get up and get going in the morning. We could not leave fast enough!

Upstairs room sounded like a fight goi g on at 1:05 AM. Woke us up and scared us. Could not wait to leave

Loved it. Rooms were nice and friendly staff. MAnager Maria was very nice. Rooms were nice and clean.

Bed insects

I am done with extended stay America North Jackson Mississippi. I tried to give them a second chance and the second chance was worse than the first. I'm just done. I'm itching like hell. Something bit me several times while sleeping.

Close to food, services, etc

This hotel met most of my needs, being close to my school and within 5-10 minutes of any restaurant you'd prefer. A Whole Foods store is within 5 minutes. Has full-size refrigerator and stove. Employees are very nice, as well.
