Booked this room for a stop in our travel with my family. Stayed just 1 night. The room was fine, nothing negative, nothing outstanding. Check-in was easy. We were told that one of the employees would go around room to room to pass out cookies that evening, and if we missed her, the cookies would be at the front desk. Well, we went to eat dinner and when we returned there were cookies on the front desk. They only had one type of cookie (white chocolate macadamia nut) but the front desk clerk said that if the kids wanted chocolate chip, she could get them for them, which we accepted. Another employee interupted her and said those other cookies were for the other guest that hadn't checked in yet and that she couldn't give them to us. Not a huge deal, but I thought it was rather rude of the other employee to deprive young children of something that was offered to them and to make a statement that the "other guests" could only have them. It wouldn't have been anything extra for them to give those to my children, rather than the ones that were already out. Anyways, we took the white chocolate cookies and went to our room, and the kids enjoyed them nonetheless. The breakfast was great.
