Shawny the lobby clerk was absolutely helpful and very courteous! She made sure our stay was very comfortable and also checked that our room was ready. Marvelous customer service from her!

Staff was friendly, but the hotel is in need of remodeling. My room was dusty and the bathroom ceiling was moldy. The hotel furnishings are old.

I didn’t like how when I called and spoke to Linda she told me we would be allowed to check in early once we arrive March 9th at 1:00am. Only to get in and have NO PLACE TO STAY. They didn’t offer any help or solution to fix the problem. Ashley stated there were no rooms available yet we were told we could check in.

Room was adequate but dated and in need of repair (shower and fridge cabinet) and a serious deep cleaning. Better lighting needed if this is a handicapped room. Staff very helpful.

OK but you can find newer/nicer
Safe area, but the hotel is clearly older and in need of updating. I am used to newer, more modern HIE locations so this one was pretty disappointing. Wifi would not allow my Chromebook to connect (even with an IT person as my traveling companion). The room TV was SO small - which was disappointing too.

Upon check-in, the front desk clerk was very accommodating. However, we checked in only to find out that they provided up with the wrong room and no other option was available. There was no cot to offer us. Breakfast started 10 minutes late and the staff was less than polite when asked if they had biscuits and gravy. I attempted to use the business center and the computer was not working. I would not book again.
