We were not able to check into our hotel until 6 pm! We got there at 3:00 pm to check in and they didn’t have rooms cleaned and they were unavailable! We were going to a concert for 6:00 and we couldn’t even get a room to get ready until 6:00 PM! I want a refund bc I booked this hotel like 4 weeks ahead of time!!

We checked in and went to the FIRST room. It wasn't cleaned. It had pizza boxes and beer cartons it. My wife and I didn't go passed the door. The evening and night manager quit to respond. They done a good job of getting another room for us. That was why we didn't go to another hotel.

I got NO SLEEP, because another guest with small children kept me awake all night. They were crying, yelling and running around in the hallway outside my room. The staff did nothing about it, even after I called them. They also refused to move me to another room.

First, all of the staff were great and accommodating. The issue was the property needs an overhaul. Torn carpet and curtains in our room, with the door to our room being very dirty and had a big gap at the portion of the door where the lock is located. So, obviously someone had worked hard to get into the room. I had to wedge a chair under the inside handle to just feel a little safe. The next big issue was the elevator. It felt very unsafe as it jumped and lurched and even seemed to swing from side to side as we entered and as it was moving down. I looked and there was no safety inspection posted in the elevator so who knows how long it’s been running without proper inspection.

Overall, the rate was reasonable for the amenities provided, and the fact that it's dog-friendly was a plus. However, one downside was that one of the beds was missing a comforter. Additionally, there was a peculiar smell in the second-floor hallway where our room was located, though the room itself was thankfully free of that odor.

My accommodations featured a malfunctioning toilet, no hot water, and an odd odor. The concierge told me that housekeeping didn't want to enter the room due to the stench when I told them the room wasn't clean. It did not justify having individuals in that space. This did not justify having individuals in that space. There was nothing enjoyable about the stay, and the hotel has no business operating or leasing out rooms while construction is going on.

I did not like that my room was not cleaned during my 4-night stay. The trash was piled like it was a sanitation strike! I could not call and complain because the phone didn't work. I reported this issue but it was not fixed during my stay. Upon checkin I was given a room that was smelly, no linen on the bed, and the seatee was blocking passage. It was after 11 pm and I had to take all my things to another room. Needed a shower towel, but couldn't call for it. A breakfast there was spoiled milk. The next day, today, 11/6, the milk served was dated 10/25, had expired 2 weeks before. My english muffin had a date stamped onto the bread, yuk! This was one of my worst stays in the US. Refund me for the 4-night stay!!

Clay was awesome. He made sure that I was accommodated. I'm disabled and he done everything he could do that I would be comfortable. He went above and beyond his duties for his job. Also the night auditor, I'm so sorry I can't remember her name, when I couldn't sleep all night she made coffee for me and we talked for a bit. She deserves a raise! She done many other things that I asked of her and treated me so kind. I wish everyone was like her and Clay, the world would be a much better place! As far as the property itself, yes it was a little dated and could use a little TLC but when you are being taken care of the I was, the rest don't matter. Our room was very clean and everything worked. To me, it was a better stay than if I had a 200.00 a night room at some fancy hotel. Chances are the employees wouldn't have been anywhere in the league with these guys. Thank you all again for making our stay so nice,

The room was old but clean. I stayed 2 nights. There was a staffing problem, so the room was not serviced. The hotel was noisy; loud TV’s & people talking late into the night. Breakfast was awful. The bread was stale. The eggs and sausage looked unappealing, and the drink fountain looked like it needed a good cleaning.

I have stayed here several times and it was nice to see that the lobby and the rooms (at least the one I had) had been completely updated. I was originally given a room on the 3rd floor, but as it turned out the elevator wasn't working and the staff found a room for me on the first floor. The breakfast the next morning was quite good and had plenty of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Arrived 5min before check-in start time. Was told no rooms clean until an hour from now. One of the reasons selecting La Quinta was the breakfast. However, this location was out of waffle batter both days, biscuits were horrible (not at all like other locations) and the sausage was thin, very greasy, and tasted bad. We stay at several La Quinta locations but this one is poorly managed.

Staff was super nice!!! Location was very convenient to the amphitheater which was where we were going. Room was alright, window was dirty. Did have hair on the pillow that wasn’t mine but only used the room to sleep in. We left too early to catch the continental breakfast. But again nice enough to stay for one night and I slept pretty good. Staff was amazing.
