Pros: The staff at the front desk. The eating establishments nearby.
Cons: I"m struggling to find something. There was a leak above the shower at some point. It had been fixed but the patch job wasn't done well. Picked nits
The receptionist was one of the best I've encountered. She thanked me for my military service and went out of her way to show me what restaurants were close by, which ones delivered and made recommendations. She was efficient and pleasant from the time I walked in the door. This was a welcome change from some of the past hotels experience during this trip. My stay was on 5 December if the manager would like to recognize the evening receptionist. The bed was fantastic and the room quiet and comfortable. What more do you need after a long day on the road.

Old carpet, tidy room, but worn. Felt a little sketchy to me. Breakfast scant.

Good price. Good value. Fire alarm went off twice during the night degraded our experience

Noisy air conditioning system.

Pros: The staff.
Cons: Make sure sheets are not stained and air/heat works properly.
The air conditioner was so noisy we did not want to run it. One of the sheets was slightly stained. However, the staff was very professional and friendly.

Pros: Clean and well kept
Cons: breakfast
Location: too much construction in the area
comfortable stay at a good price, room was well kept and very clean and comfortable

Disappointing Accomodations

I normally choose LaQuinta over other hotels, however this “very old” hotel is trying to be renovated. The location is acceptable and easy to access from I40. The front desk staff was friendly and very efficient. The carpets in the hall were worn, dirty and the hallway smelled, including the elevator. My room was clean but the bedding was not comfortable. When traveling long distances, you expect and look forward to cozy, comfortable rooms. I just could not recommend this hotel at this time.

Condition of Facility is rapidly going downhill

Did not have the room with double beds as needed and as booked. Had to put us in a room that was undergoing repairs. No TV signal in Hotel & had not been repaired that day and was still out when we left the following morning.

Its o.k.

The building and rooms are in need of little renovation. It's not bad but it desires some maintenance. The staff was very nice and pleasant. It's a continental breakfast. I have stayed at other LaQuinta locations and they had hot breakfast.
