Pros: Staff are nice and check-in was quick and efficient.
Cons: Room has odoe.
Room has a musty odor. Furnitures are a bit dated, although everything worked well. Breakfast is quite sparse. Front desk was quite courteous at check-in.

Glad it was just for one night

Pros: Good breakfast, comfortable beds, easy check in/out
Cons: Little more attention to cleaning rooms, PLEASE fix the airconditioner AND the carpet so it isn't so musty, moldy, etc.
Location: Not the best location, about 10 minutes from better restaurants, etc.
Pros: Comfortable, clean bed, good breakfast Cons: Our room had a horrible musty smell only to find out our air conditioner leaked inside our room and the carpet around it was sopping wet! The smell was the musty, mildewy carpet! So bad it was hard to sleep. Had to breath into my pillow/sheets. I hope the other rooms were better! DONT stay in room 115!

A little noisy, could have been a little cleaner, but overall a reasonable hotel for the money.

Texas Meets Mississippi

The staff was very friendly and displayed great customer service. there was a problem with our room key and they were available immediately to resolve the problem. Great location for shopping and grabbing a quick bite to eat. Overall great experience.

Smells bad, didn't feel safe, noisy

Would not ever use it again. Would think twice about staying at any Quality Inn it this is how they allow them to be kept.

Some people don't know how to vacuum

The carpet was wet at door and at vanity in bathroom. Floors looked like they had never been vacuumed. we had small dog with us and we literally crawled on hands and knees to pick up trash around the room. Our ages are 70 and 72, so we were not happy about it. We took a paper cup to the desk when we checked out so she could see what was on the floor. we didn't ask for a refund, just thought the company needs to know. we declared the pet and paid a pet fee.

Clean but unmaintained - late night check in-slow

Pros: Price, easy on/off to I 20, clean sheets
Cons: Late night check in staff needs training
Location: I 20. We were blowing through going to Florida
rooms and sheets were clean. layout was standard and very acceptable. price was good. bathroom had chalk coming off / dirty. Late night check in process was very slow as if attendant was learning on the fly.

I'd do it again

Friendly and accommodating staff. Worked to get me a room on the bottom floor. Breakfast was poor on Sunday. Gravy and biscuits waffle but no meat. Coffee was hot but there are options within sight. IHOP and a Waffle House. Walmart within walking distance. I'd do it again
