While the staff was very welcoming and helpful; the building and room I stayed in is in extreme need of repair. As soon as I walked into the room, the smell of old smoke hit me. I immediately saw the very visible dirt on the floor and the build up of water from the room (humidity from unknown source). The peephole was covered with paper towel. I went back to office to have the floor mopped at least; a staff member came immediately to sweep and mop.

Nothing the property was terrible there was only one man doing the house keeping. The room was disgusting floors never swept or mopped. The sheets and top layer of the bed covers were stained. Refrigerator didn’t work there was a condom on the floor. The tub was black and filthy along with the shower curtain. If the room was cleaned properly it would have been ok. They MUST do better!!!!!

The room I had toilet over filled each time I tried to flush toilet I called and maintenance was nice and tried fixing it but the problem still occurred but I didn’t keep calling office next time I hope the room doesn’t have any plumbing problems

I had to wait on something 20 minutes when i arrived at the hotel to check me in. The lady was in the back room on her phone. Then when i checked out. I asked for a receipt the gentleman at the desk told me i was not going to get 1 from him. I just kind of looked at him. I needed it to get reimbursed from my employer. I wont stay there again.

When i checked in the fromt desk clerk told me i didnt have a reservation and to make one then when i showed him my confirmation number ...oh yeah here it is ...so explained i have my mother with me and she needed a room on the first she just had hip sugery ..oh well you didnt book that and we might not have thay why you shouldnt book through those sites ...but i found one and it will be 15.00 more dollars cash only...the credit on file i cant charge again so i go cash booked the room it was terrible it had a stench the towels.were filthy and someone was riding a motorcycle back and forth on the walkway the entire night my mother got no rest at all i will never.visit red roof anywhere again

Great staff.
It was good. There was a power outage and nothing they could do about it. However, I’ve stayed here before for a few weeks and there was never any issues. Reasonable accommodations and clean. Great staff. Management - I didn’t realize that was you waving to me at the airport until later. Sorry about that!

The room needed some work done to it, a couple of the outlets didn't work. The hotel had a lot of people hanging out outside, and that was a big concern for me.

We turned the air on when we got in the room and the heat was on the whole time that it over ran the AC , it was so hot in the room when I woke I spent 1 hour sneezing, blowing my nose and stopped up. We did not know how to turn that heat off

Excellent place to stay
Checkin was quick and efficient. The room was neat and smelled freshly cleaned. Price was amazing. The beds are comfortable, and I slept great. My only concern is the tubs are super slippery so we had to put a towel in the bottom to keep from falling.
