Property was in the midst of a construction project. At check in they proceeded to give us a room that was not cleaned fully, nor had all the light bulbs in place. Many of the furniture pieces were either warped or worn down. All of the construction pieces were outside of our window. We had very little consistency with hot water as it would come for about 2 minutes and then be cold for the rest of the shower. Breakfast options were great as there was a wonderful spread each morning.

I thought being a Marriott property, it would be nice; it wasn’t. No soap in bathroom dispenser; cabinets in unit worn and warped. Water not hot in shower. There were only two pillows on bed; had to argue for bedding and pillows for sofa bed as our initial request was met with “don’t have any.” Room phones didn’t work, so you couldn’t call the front desk about these issues. The property came off as run down and substandard.

It was dirty and the bathroom door drugged on the floor. We tried changing rooms but that was not any better. We went to the Holiday Inn Express instead.

I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room & the staff who assisted me at the front desk. I would have give the property a 5 BUT, when I returned to my room late that evening from an event, I used a side entrance rather than enter through the lobby and the door/card reader did not work. I was able to enter the building with unrestricted or unsecured access. I simply followed the instructions on the door and walked right in.

The AC was broken in the first suite we were given. The 2nd suites AC did work but 3 lights were burnt out and there were massive stains on the pull out couch. The bedroom comforter was also stained. The carpet was dirty and pulling up in so many areas. The positive thing was the location and the complimentary breakfast. The guy working it was very kind and constantly made sure everything was filled. Overall we were a little disappointed with it being a Marriott.

There was an artificial smell (possibly mango) which was pretty strong for my sensitive nose. I would prefer NO SMELL as opposed to an artificial smell. I had to open the window. Sensitive nose :(

The property was clean and ready when we checked in but updating is needed. Doors to the interior rooms were loud and squeaky, bathroom toilet was rickety and made horrible noise when sitting down and getting up; heat fan/blower was excessively noisy preventing sleep. The highlight of my stay was Chef Jay. Personable, engaging, courteous and the food was “home cooked” quality.

At this point I am a regular at the property due to this being the only hotel in the area with two bedroom suites. My reservation was canceled although I called prior to inform the hotel. I had scrambled to find somewhere to go until check in at 3p. The breakfast condiments /single serve were dirty. Overall the stay was to be expected considering the location. The staff were very polite, patient and accommodating. The room itself was overall clean except the blow dryer was sticky and dirty.

My friend came in to visit from TX. I booked the suite so we could have that vacation feel. We really enjoyed ourselves. My daughter and I used the fitness center. The staff was very friendly.

Best short stay ever
Booked a last minute same-day business trip for just one night. The rooms were massive, like an apartment. Everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable. And the breakfast was amazing (potatoes were some of the best I’ve ever had). Staff was so friendly! And the price was a third of what I’d expect to pay for a suite this nice!

The staff were very nice but the property has not been kept up. Our shower was cracked and the shampoo, conditioner, body wash bottles had fallen off the wall and were empty. The carpets were sticky. It is average - not bad but not great.
