It was very quiet and comfortable. The gentleman who waited on me at checkout was very friendly. The only issues I had were the mattress cover and sheet came off at one corner during the night and there was only one package of regular coffee in the room. The other packages were all decaf. Other than that, it was nice.

Breakfast was horrible, no fruit, no yogurt offered. Premade sausage biscuits were an off brand and horrible tasting. Noticed stains on towels but they were clean. Front desk staff were very friendly.

The iron had residue melted on it, the furnishings in the room where not placed conveniently. The shower controls where too low and the shower floor was cracked. The shower door was plastic and operating the controls was cumbersome. The coffee maker and ice bucket were bith in the bathroom and there was only de-caffeinated coffee! The bed covers were substandard and the ac/heating unit was hard to control the room temp.The hallways smelled like marijuana.

This hotel had a good rating and price as to why I picked it but it was less than desirable. Place was rundown and room felt dirty. The continental breakfast was super basic and not good. The one good thing is the staff were very nice.

Bad smells and weird set up.
The hallways smelled so bad. The shower was so dirty. The set up for the shower was so weird..open the door, reach way down and across to turn on and then get blasted with cold water.

Room was very outdated. It smelled musty in there. The air conditioning was very loud and noisy all night. there were not many options for breakfast. The hallways stunk. The bathtub had hair in the tub. The toilet was not clean.

While the staff were very friendly and helpful, the facility itself was much less than to be expected. There was an obvious smoked-in smell in our room, wads of hair that we found in our towels, and trash (drink bottle cap and, yes, old condom wrapper) were obviously behind when the room was to be cleaned (didn’t find these until the next morning, btw).

Spend more and go across the street.
The people were friendly. The room was another thing. Shower ceiling had mold. Bedding was not clean. Pillows had blood spots and makeup on them. I don't think they were cleaned from previous guest. Something on the carpet that looked like blood. Door key card only works after 7 or 8 attempts to open.

Nice Clean Room.
My room was very clean. I didn't have any issues with cleaniness. You can hear people in other rooms pretty well. The carpet in the halls needs replacing. Breakfast was ok. Don't expect much if you're doing low carbs. :-)

I will be returning!!
Check-in was great, good man at front desk during the evening shift. Used laundry facilities which were an added bonus. Loved the fitness center and bottled water. Breakfast was alright, only hot food is waffles but they have a good selection of breakfast items to choose from. I left an outfit hanging in the closet, came back a couple hours later and the front desk agent walked me back to the room to retrieve it only to find that the housekeeper had already logged the items into lost and found, that was much appreciated. Overall the staff was great the room was good no major issues. Good location with plenty of gas stations and restaurants close by, airport 5 min. drive. Will definitely be returning

No TV, spotty internet, toddler with flu, no coffee in the lobby for breakfast, associate everytime i passed by was hidden in office, and only after saying hello would he come out. All together, was terrible. Would not recommend!

The property is a bit dated, and didn't feel real clean. The breakfast was "meh", not much there. And the fitness center had only 3 machines, and 2 were broken. The price was great, but you do get what you pay for.

Rooms were good. Carpet in halls was torn in several places and looked like it needed shampoo. Breakfast left a lot to be desired with only one waffle maker, one toaster, one microwave. When it's crowded almost impossible to get anything to eat

Dirty place
The sheets were dirty. The front desk gave me clean sheets and I had to change the sheets myself. There was a spider crawling on one of the pillows, a bug was crawling under the mattress when I lifted the mattress(I always check hotel beds for bedbugs) and it was dirty under the mattress and behind the bed. The floor was not vacuumed. It looks like they put me in a room that had not been cleaned and the front desk clerk got smart with me. The hotel was rated 8.2 or 8.4. It should be rated 5.0.

Carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in a while. I had a blood stain on my bedding, the chair looked like semen stains all over it! I will never stay at this location again. Not worth what I paid for it at all!

Staff was friendly and check in was easy. The bed was very comfy but the overall condition of the room was poor. The room was extremely humid and there was mildew on the walls and on the AC unit. The towels and linens felt damp due to this issue. The room wasn’t filthy by any means but it could have been cleaner with a little more attention.
