Convenient distance from airport

Pros: Convenience.
Cons: Better laundry accommodations.
Location: Close to airport. Close to Jackson.
The hotel is frequented by construction workers...Therefore, the laundry (washer/drier) was full of tar. I couldn't wash my white dress shirt at Super 8 Pearl because I was worried that it would become stained in their machine.

Adequate hotel close to airport

Room was clean and in good repair, but certainly not plush. Breakfast was poor and they had even run out of coffee. If you need a cheap, no frills place to stay near the airport, this would be fine.

Nice and comfortable

I've stayed at this hotel numerous times. The rooms are always nice and clean. The air conditioning works great. Typical, bagel/waffle/cereal breakfast.

Fix it before you rent it.

In recent stay at this hotel I was taken aback once I receive my room. The door hinge was broken causing me to feel uneasy sleeping in an unsecured room plus the television did not work at all. It really was a horrible stay and I felt as if I was sleeping in an abandoned building.

The room was ok, seemed a bit outdated. The only thing is that the AC would stay running constantly. Had to wake up 4-5 times a night to cut it down because I was freezing.

The room was clean. The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. The rooms had a strange odor. The beds were uncomfortable and pillows were limp. We had to take in pillows from the car. Breakfast was not too great. There were frozen toaster waffles and cereal as the main food. We don't plan on staying there again.
