Ruch is 15 minutes away, ideal for groceries, casual dining, or errands. Jacksonville is another 10 minutes beyond Ruch, offering more activities, restaurants, and entertainment. Once at the property, you can enjoy a peaceful retreat without needing to drive, listening only to the river and nature. ✅ Water & Septic ➤ Septic tank: Only toilet paper and human waste should go down drains. No food scraps, feminine products, or other items. ➤ Well water: Safe and tested. Simultaneous use of showers, dishwasher, and washing machine may reduce water pressure, plan accordingly. ✅ Critters & Wildlife ➤ Wild animals: Expect deer, turkeys, and occasionally bobcats, mountain lions, or bears. Do not approach wildlife; supervise children outside. ➤ Bugs: Box Elder bugs may appear—they do not bite or eat food.
