Don't book here! Terrible Experience!

Worst, check in experience ever! Although rooms were prepaid, one of our family rooms was given away before we arrived. The clerk told me the family member had checked in when that person was in the car with me. To make matters worse, she ignored my problem and began waiting on the people who came in after I was told there are no more rooms. I try to contact hotels.com customer service, while she is calling a colleague to tell her that she did a bad job and that I was white not black. Duh! Once I had customer service online she suddenly found another room. Terrible experience!!!!

Please accept our sincerest apologies about your experience here at the hotel with us. I have spoken with the front desk to determine what happened and why our guests were treated as such. I have counseled this employee since this is certainly not the behavior I expect form our staff. Again I do apologize and know that it has been addressed.
