not so nice hotel not that close to the beach

Pros: will not stay there ever
Cons: it would start form top to bottom
Location: at the edge of the ghetto worried every night my car would be in parking lot or windows broken because of theft
maid service was not up to par notes left with simple needs were not given. room was dirty a coffee table in room had multiple grease spots on it. bed was hard and just uncomfortable. morning breakfast at 8 o'clock food pans empty and no one from hotel working breakfast area

Cons: ALL IS WELL
Location: GREAT LOCATION NEAR RESTAURANTS
WELL KEPT HOTEL AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF...breakfast many choices and gym is well equipped

Everything was great. Except pool was dirty after the tropical storm which was expected.

Construction process sucks

Pros: It is a quiet and well maintained place.
First off we are from out of state and maybe our noses are not used to Florida but our first room smelled pretty musty so we asked to be moved. Luckily we did because our first room was located right next to where they started construction for remodeling, the very next morning. The next four days we had to walk thru smelly paint and sanding and welding. They were very friendly workers. There were signs but when we checked in, we weren't told they would be starting on our floor during the night. All in all it was a very nice place to stay and will be even better when they are done remodeling.

Hotel cleanliness.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff front desk staff and kitchen staff.
Cons: More oversight of housekeeping.
Location: The location was 1.5 miles from Hannah Park Camp Ground. Excellent location for my stay.
Bed sheets were not changed during the 3 night stay; roach in the closet area; mosquito (2) in the room; spider between bed sheets and blanket. Breakfast menu was OK, however the organization of the plastic and paper ware, entrée, and condiments were not satisfactory. Customers spent a lot of time walking back and forth looking for napkins, etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. When issues were brought to their attention they listened to the complaint and said they would bring it to the attention of management and it would be addressed.

It's nice

It's very nice however the bed is not good . When I be that area again I will take it again.

It was ok

The staff was very friendly,but it has a weird smell when you first come into the building. If you can get passed that it's not too bad I've stayed at much worse. It's location is decent there are plenty of stores in walking distance.

Room was clean, however in room 114 the bed closest to the window was worn out. The bed has a dip in it. There was a bad musty, moldy smell that would not go away. We had some room spray in the car that we used to mask the smell some.
