Clean and friendly staff.

Checked in late night. My room key didn't work at first. Front desk associate was awesome and came up to help my girlfriend and I.

The room had a stake smell. The tv was small with a fuzzy picture. The main complaint was that the sheets on one of the beds was not clean, however the staff had gone for the evening so no way to get clean ones. When we checked out I mentioned it to the clerk and she was not apologetic but asked if I informed anyone. I explained to her that it was after hours. She only state that she will notate it but still no apology.

Great Management, Great Stay.

The front desk management was the best I've experienced in a long time. These two lovely and friendly young ladies, Ms. Laramie and Ms. Margo, made the stay very worthwhile and most pleasant. When I complained that a previous guest had left smoke odors in the room, I was immediately upgraded to an executive suite (without even asking for an upgrade or change of room). This was truly surprising, since all I wanted was an air freshener to eliminate the odor. Please note, this hotel is non-smoking, but someone had violated that policy. It is also pet-free which is great for people like me who have allergies and cannot be around animals. Upon asking for a late check-out, I was granted an hour and a half (free of charge). My comfort and well-being was paramount to Ms. Laramie, the front desk manager. Wow!!! The maintenance man, Brix from Botswana, Africa had the greatest smile and a great personality. Because of these wonderful people, my family and I truly enjoyed our stay. We will DEFINITELY stay there again. Thank you all. Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo!
