First time staying and I would stay again when visiting family. What I loved most was the cleanliness( the key to any stay)❤️🥰 and the staff was so friendly especially front desk. Keep doing a great job.

When I arrived for check-in the customer service representative was polite friendly and informative. However upon entering my room I noticed there was a lot of noise going on what sounded like next door to my room so I called the front desk and asked was there any construction going on next door to my room because it was awfully noisy. She then told me that there was construction being done on the third floor. I was on the first floor and the noise sounded like it was next door to my room. She assured me they would be finished by 5pm and they were but we're back at it again in the morning. If they were on the third floor and I was on the first floor and it was that noisy, I'd hate to hear what it was like on the second floor. Shower floor was in poor repair. Cracked and sinking.

Overall everything was nice and clean. The hotel was convenient for shopping and dining. The waterfront wasn't too far.

There were no cuts in the curb to the entrance to allow bags to be rolled in of for wheelchairs for that matter.

The air conditioning did not work properly. I set it for one temperature. I work up during the night it was 4 degrees lower. Management did receive my complaint and compensated me.

Property looked okay. I was concerned that the amenities should of been better. Frying pan was looked horrible, shower rod was hanging unsecured from the rod , very dangerous. Proper silverware should count should of been inventoried. I reported . Silverware was replaced, assured me that would remedy shower rod(remount) sent a used steel wool pad for me to clean the frying pan.

Liked the room, but didn't like the extended stay feature of cooking in the rooms. Guy across the hall had fish 1st night I was there. Also, door would not latch, so when I left you could open the door by pushing hard on it, with no key.

Comfortable long-term stay
This was perfect for what we needed for a week. We weee getting our home remodeled and needed a dog- friendly place with a functioning kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was extremely comfortable and close to everything. Price was great too for our week.
