Pros: It was near Mayo Clinic
Cons: Should have free continental breakfast.
The only thing I didn't like was the price. One day one price next day another. The hotel price doubled from lower on Saturday to twice as much Monday. Should have continental breakfast for the rate.

Nice hotel close to the Mayo Clinic.

Pros: The fountains and landscaping were gorgeous.
Cons: Jacuzzi availability would be nice
Easy to walk across the street and the staff were very accommodating. They were doing maintenance in the hallway outside of our room while we stayed there. It would be nicer if not for the paint fumes in the hall. That obviously won't be that way for other people.

Highly recommend for any Mayo patients

Pros: The calmness and closeness to Mayo.
Cons: Rooms were a little dim - more bright light options.
The staff was very accommodating and listed to needs of patients and family. Their restaurant gives all of the calorie counts and is very accommodating to restrictions on diets and times that individuals need to eat. It was right across the street from Davis Building, less than a 5 minute walk and we were able to come back to the hotel in between appointments.

Near Jacksonville Marathon

Potentially very nice hotel. Room was not fully clean and had almost no toilet paper. Breakfast was not great, but was super convenient. Extremely nice staff. A good place to stay if you are running in the Ameris Bank Jacksonville Marathon. Probably would return.

Pros: area
noisy in hall. When doors close a lot of noise. !st room we got smelled of smoke and had to be moved. TV remote did not work properly. Not to many good TV channels.

Convenient to Mayo Clinic

The hotel was nice. Convenient for Mayo Clinic patient in needing hotel within walking distance to the Clinic for early morning appointments for medical procedures.

Daughter left HOCO dress purchased in Jax when we checked out. Brittany was so kind to check and retrieve dress for her w/in 10minutes of calling hotel! luckily we were not too far away!

ok next to mayo

Elevator broken. Uncomfortable couch. Overpriced and slow breakfast. Friendly staff

I am very sorry for the experience you had at the hotel. That is not typical for a guest staying at the property. The hotel elevators are having the equipment updated, so that is why the elevator was not working. It is always very difficult to complete a project like this but it is necessary to keep the hotel up to date. I will share your comments with the hotel staff so that they can use this review as a learning experience to continue to improve. I hope you will give us another try when staying in Jacksonville in the future.

Wonderful for Mayo Clinic patients

We weren't there to visit the clinic but I can see why it would be a great place for Mayo Clinic patients. It was nicely equipped with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in each room. Staff was very friendly. We had a great stay.
