It was a very good experience, It was quiet. I hah surgery on my shoulder and i went back to my room afterwards and could rest.

Everything and everyone of the staff from front desk agents to the lovely Mrs.Luna at the bar and even the housekeeping and ladys at the in house restuarant was perfect! They made us feel welcomed and was unbelievably awesome with my daughter who was there for a baton competition! We can not thank everyone enough for your lovely hospitality! We will most definitely recommend this hotel again and again! Thank you!!!

The property was under sine renovations and they said they provided Starbucks service however the coffee as terrible and the service was worse. Overall property was nice.

TV is in a weird spot, you can’t see a good amount of the TV when laying on the bed. TV didn’t work when I arrived in my room. Bed is extremely uncomfortable even with a foam topper. Facilities are clean but the room has just a weird layout.

The staff is friendly and the hotel is in a good location. The hotel is undergoing a remodel and has a fresh look, but unfortunately some of the work on the finishing touches was not done very professionally. Our heating/cooling unit did not work, but it was not really an issue at the time. Oherwise the hotel was nice.

The hotel is in the process of being renovated. The overwhelming paint fumes give you an instant headache. No amenities available due to renovation. No free breastfast. ...couldnt even get a free cup of coffee. Will never stay here again.

The staff was amazing, Luna, Kim, and Alesa were outstanding! The hotel is currently under renovation, so some amenities weren’t available, such as the workout and pool area, however, the staff amply made up for that.

Breakfast was lacking and terrible. Nothing to drink but coffee. Boiled eggs, bananas, bagels. Basically it. Yet pictures of avocado toast etc. Room lighting was outdated and few plugs. Bedding was very nice however the bed was awful and hard. The bathroom was clean and nice but had an odd wood door that didnt close properly. The pool was stained and looked dirty although it wasn't. The bar was closed the entire time of my stay. Over all, it was a let down. Upon check in, the gent at the counter acted like he didnt want to be there. I thought it was just me but I got in the elevator with another guest and he said the same thing. The gent at the counter was on the verge of rude. No smile, greeting..enjoy your stay, nothing. With other hotels within walking distance, I would think they would want to stand out a bit more.

Room doors slam shut. Wasn’t able to sleep. Website failed to mention restaurant, Starbucks and gift shop weren’t open due to renovations. Food choices were minimal. Restaurant etc was why I booked at that property. Staff very nice and room very clean. Bedding very comfortable.
