All I used room for was to sleep and shower. Facilities old, worn, basic. Staff was helpful though not particularly welcoming. I got what I paid for, I suppose.

You don't want to stay here!

There was rust all over the room door and refrigerator. The televisions are ancient and we didn't have a remote control, so I had to go to the front desk to see if I could get one. After waiting an hour, I went back to see if they found one as was told that they had to try to get one from another room. The beds only had 2 pillows in each bed, but they were actually just old pillows folded in half and shoved into the case. When I went back to the desk, they gave me 2 more half pillows and said they would bring me a couple more. When the desk clerk finally brought a remote, I asked about the pillows I was told they didn't have any more clean.

I was so disappointed. The place was filthy. I am also disappointed that you, hotels.com would even have them on your list of hotels. I will be more careful of continued use of hotels.com
