Nice.Had a kitchen area to save on food expenses.Near Walmart and many restaurants,etc.Close to nice neighborhood for walking.Seemed safe.Very friendly,helpful staff.Would stay again.

Good sized kitchen and nice sized room. The only issue I had stemmed from other guests. The entire hotel is non smoking but the people next to me would smoke in their bathroom with the fan on and that would make my bathroom stink. I opted to just leave my fan on at all times and that worked. Good location andgreat super helpful people working there.

Convenient location near USMC bases and Jax

Pros: The rate for the hotel was very reasonable. There was a full sized refrigerator, a working stove, and a mini kitchen. Coffee and snacks provided.
Cons: I was placed in a room on the second floor across from where custodians kept items. They were noisy all hours of the nights, but I did not complain.
Location: There are a few restaurants nearby as well as the local mall.
I recently stayed at this hotel. I was able to book last minute at this time frame. I had to come into town short notice for a family funeral. Quick breakfast items and coffee were provided in the mornings. The hostess during the morning was very pleasant. I believe her name was Janelle, but I might be off on this name. The room was reasonably clean. There was quite a bit of noise as I was placed in a room (219) located on the second floor across from where the custodians or cleaners kept their items. At least two of the three nights I was there I was woke from noise coming from the slamming of the door across the hall. Also, the bed I slept in was not super comfortable, but was clean. Overall the experience was ok. I didn't pay a whole lot and I didn't expect a whole lot. I basically looked for a clean and safe place to lay my head at night and I found it.

Hotel Review

Room was not very clean and had bugs. Hotel staff avoided residents. Had to ask for utensils and room supplies including tp. Positive point is the hotel is walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Recommend other Suburban though driving is necessary to get to restaurants and shops as staff is welcoming, very helpful, and facilities are clean and ready for residents.

The hotel room was nice until i had to take a shower and the tub was clogged and would not drain. I saw a roach on the kitchen counter also. However the staff was very nice and it was an easy check out and check in.

Cons: Internet connect was super slow. This was my personal experience, but that my differ for others.
Location: Close to the Marine base to see son, good restaurants close by.
Front desk accommodating. Rooms clean. Overall comfortable. Price was very good.
