Pick another hotel

I have stayed at many Extended Stays in the past and I must admit this was the first time I have been disappointed. I always choose to stay at this particular hotel due to the small kitchen with everything I need to cook in my room. This particular Extended stay has a full kitchen, but none of the usual glasses, dishes or pots normally in the room. The kitchen was totally useless without anything to cook with. They didn't even have a glass in the room. To make things worst, they didn't have ice anywhere in the building. When I asked the front desk person about the ice, she told me I could use the ice trays in the room to make ice. That's great if I needed ice in 8 hours, but that did nothing for right at the time. It was a big inconvenience and it seemed as though she didn't care. I think if's ridiculous for a hotel with 3 floors to at least have 1 ice machine in the building..

We receive many positive comments regarding our fully equipped kitchens with full size refrigerator/freezer which includes ice trays for your convenience. Therefore we do not have ice machines on our property, and we apologize for your disappointment. This is standard for our brand of hotels. We are sorry for the less than caring attitude of our staff member. This is unacceptable and we will reiterate our service expectations with all of our team members during our weekly meetings.
