I arrived at the property early, requested an early check in but when we got her at 12pm and check in is at 3 we were told that it would cost 10.00 per hour to get an early check in. I asked if there was a place we could go to eat until 3 they told us yes but they couldn't keep our luggage but we had too many in our party. They also didn't have a bathroom for us to use. The manager's attitude was very smart. The desk clerk tried to help. Would not stay there again. I had 7 rooms. Also, when i booked the room was not told about the 100 damage deposit

The hotel was rated average for the cleanliness and the amenities. It does seem safe as a require you to have your door key to get into anywhere in the facility. There is a parking fee $8 a day and a telephone fee if you use their telephone a dollar per call.

Upon entering the room, we saw giant cockroaches that could have easily taken my child hostage and they would have put up a hell of a fight. I didn’t even put my bags down. The hotel at first refused to refund us until I called my bank myself and disputed it. The lobby attendant at the front desk as well was so stoned out of his mind he couldn’t comprehend what I was trying to explain to him. I don’t expect the ritz at all but a little bit more of a concern would have been nice or even just a hey sorry about that here’s your money back.

Beds were very firm and uncomfortable. My room water pressed was not the great and didn't help the shower head sucked. The bathroom sink cold water did not work but realized you had to turn it on from the main under the sink and the reason is because the cold water nob of you turned it off from the fauset the cild water still was coming out. Ine of the house keepers was very rude when ask not to do my rooom.

The only issue was that I was told $90 but they actually charged $200. We were told we were charged a deposit but would get it back when we checked out. However we had to leave b4 anyone was in the office. We had been told at check in that someone is always at the desk. Wrong

The first room we were given had a roach infestation so we were given a room on a different floor. By his reaction, the front desk worker didn’t seem surprised. The second room we were given smelled, the noise in the hallway from another intoxicated tenant made us feel unsafe. We left and went to another hotel in the area. Do not stay here! We wasted our money since the room was not refundable, I will never stay at this hotel chain again!

Room was spacious. Lamps were broken. Hallway smelled like old fish. Notified staff on 3 different occasions that the fire alam was beeping. They claimed that they would send someone to fix it but for my two day stay no one ever showed up to fix the alarm.

When we drove up to this property, we honestly thought it was a mistake. It looked closed - no windows in the bottom floor, dirty exterior, mess in the parking lot, you get the picture. When we asked at the front desk - the response? Shoulder shrug. I have traveled for business the past 30 years and stayed in many places that were under renovation, but never a place that looked closed or unsafe. We did not stay. We will never again book a hotel package with a hotel we did not have prior experience with. Trust me, and scroll by this one.

Very sketchy. Loud arguments outside in the middle of the night with vulgar language. Intoxicated people roaming the street. Hallways are dark and barely have any light. Several outlets in room did not work. Elevator made loud, scary sounds when operating.
