Friendly Staff, Nice Room

Pros: Clean, well maintained, over the top friendly staff!
Cons: Rather than a sofa in the room, I prefer the usual leather look chair.
Location: Located close to I-95, and approx. 11 miles west of Jax Beach. Located in area with other nice hotels and nice office buildings...nice area, felt safe
Greeted by 3 separate staff members at check in. Room was in very good condition, maintained well. Good experience for mr, I will recommend to others.

I had a great stay!

The staff was amazing, resourceful, and accommodating. Although the area is not terrible some one did try to break into my car. But other than that I would love to return soon!

Clean, Small rooms.

Was there for business. Full kitchens but they provide not even a fork so that was a bust. I guess you're suppose to bring your own plates, glass utensils etc. It was ok for what I needed but if you're gonna be there more than a few days and don't want to eat out all the time fine someplace that will will allow you to cook.

Self service

Pros: The TV worked and was on a swivel so it could be watched easily any where in the room. The counter/table was convenient for eating and writing
Cons: Minimal service and staffing. had to beg at the front desk for everything, basic utensils such as cups,coffee maker, towels, coat hangers etc... Beds were not made, garbage not emptied, room not cleaned, towels not changed during our stay. There was no breakfast as advertised, just coffee, power bars and packaged cup cakes.
Location: Because of ongoing street construction access out to the main streets was confusing and difficult.

Cons: Internet provider & had to change out old towels and get toilet paper myself.
Location: Several hotels next door to choose from.
Terrible internet provider. Don't pay for high speed bandwidth it's a rip off.

Convienent and pet friendly hotel!

We stayed here with our 2 dogs during Hurricane Matthew. The lady working the front desk (Luz) was FANTASTIC! She worked there almost 24 hours straight and was still patient, friendly, and helpful. She needs a recognition reward. Thank you!
