The room itself had burnt out lightbulbs, paint peeling from ceiling, smelled of mildew/musk. Was not informed the hotel was hosting a charity event at night that sounded like a night club DIRECTLY under my room. My bed was literally vibrating. When i returned to the hotel around 7pm, this even was just starting, there was not a single parking spot available on the property, i was asked to park in the senior living center across the street. Zero reimbursement or compensation, not even an apology for the inconvenience. Breakfast wasnt the best in my opinion. Will not stay here ever again.

The hotel is going through renovation. Noise sometimes is annoying when we’re trying to rest. Our room was next to janitor’s room with staff shouting and their stuff and supplies room door open most of the time. Breakfast area is small compared to the number of hotel guests. The kitchen attendant is so anxious to have guests leave!

I was aware of the construction on the building, but I never thought that my room becomes right under the construction. Is imagine that drilling and hammering on your head from 9:30AM to 5:30PM. So I left the room early to avoid the noise. It is okay because I knew it. However, lots of cockroaches come out in the bathroom, on the last day one of them crawls on the wall of the bedroom. Does Marriott know it? Sorry to say I lost my taste of breakfast which is not bad. Staffs are friendly.
