Paid through Expedia. Check in, check out fine. Got the credit card bill and saw hotel charged me the room rate again even the receipt they gave me at check-out showing $0 balance. Called the hotel 4 times in over a week trying to have it refunded to my card. Every time was told hotel will call me back to fix it. Not yet. I'm giving them 3 more days to fix it, otherwise I'm filing dispute/fraud with my credit card company. Awful! Terrible experience.
