The safe in our room was unacceptable! The first day, I asked for help since I could not get the door to open. A staff member said he would help in 10 minutes; however , he never showed. The next morning my husband got directions for opening and resetting but after repeated practice of the directions it was unacceptable for me to use and it was also very small and not very secure in its attachment to the shelf. Needless to say, this was a disappointment to me.

the hotel was great except breakfast omelette was cold along with the potatoes and sausage there was no shampoo in the bottle in the tub area the hotel was spotless!!

Great location, five minute walk to beach.
Best customer service ever. Very clean. Breakfast was great. Rooms need updated, beds are small. Air conditioner need replaced. Needs dressers to put clothes away.

The hair conditioner was empty. There was only 1 regular coffee packet. The bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff was very friendly. The room and whole hotel was clean.

Didn't like that the property needs rehabbing. Carpet looks old and outdated. Bathroom a good size but tub/shower was old,needed new shower head and the water pressure was "slow" in sink and shower. Personnel were very nice! Breakfast was good!
