Our room was very clean and trust me I am very picky about that! Beds were very comfortable and the staff were all great. We rented a room with a balcony. It was so nice to sit out there and hear the music from a restaurant below. The hotel is by the harbor and in the middle of everything. Oh and they have a wonderful breakfast buffet every morning. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Wonderful hotel!

The bathroom floor turned the bottom of your feet black. It has not been cleaned properly in a long time. The carpet was Gross, room was very stuffy when we arrived. We had to go to the store and buy some Lysol!

Nice location and cool lobby area
We had a great stay at the hotel in Fernandina Beach. The staff was courteous. The breakfast provided was good. The only complaint was that our room has a fishy smell and the cleaning crew did not deep clean the carpets to get rid of the smell.

The hotel is nice and in a great location. The room was quite comfortable and modern but the cleaning and maintenance were average in the bathroom area. I still recommend because of the area.

Location is wonderful. However, this is our second time staying and the room was way worse this time around. Our first time we stayed in a room with a fireplace and it was pretty nice and relatively clean. This time we stayed in a typical king and it was very dirty. The room had a stale smell, huge stains in the carpet, and two small blood stains on one of the pillow cases we almost didn’t notice. I can tell it had been cleaned but it was in need of a lot more. The shower and floors had mildew stains everywhere. We were only there to sleep so it was fine. I would probably return because of the location but I would not stay in the same type of room.

The hotel was in a good location and overall it was a pleasant stay. The bathrooms need to be updated. We didn't find the Staff at the front desk particularly efficient or welcoming, but they weren't rude or anything. I would say it was satisfactory.

Great location. Nice, comfortable room with a cute kitchenette area with separate sink, counter, small refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast provided was good, with many options. Lobby had a hot chocolate bar, apple cider, coffee and cookies, which were a nice "homey" touch. Will stay here again!

Great location. Room was very nice. People were friendly. We will probably stay here again in the future. Only negative for us was all the dogs. I have never stayed in a hotel where it seemed like half the people had a dog. Dogs on the elevator, dogs barking when you walk down the hallway, dogs every time you leave your room. Some how it was quiet at night. Which was nice.

I like how someone is always checking on you to see if things are going ok. I actually needed to add a room while I was there for my sister, therefore when my guy checked on us that day I told him what I needed and I never had to leave the beach to take care of the arrangements. When I returned it was all done and she checked in. They make everything hassle free!

Very friendly staff. Gave us options for rooms when we checked in. Very quick to take care of everything we needed. Breakfast was very good and the Christmas decorations were beautiful! It was nice to hang out next to the fireplace.
