Most accommodating hotel ever!Posted Sep 1, 2015
Pros: Room setup... very spacious and accommodating. Pool... great area. People... friendliest ever! Free Continental Breakfast.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind!
Location: Soooo many things to do to list all, but... Noccalula Falls, petting zoo, Fishing,on the Coosa River, etc.
Everything was SO nice during our stay... our room (most accommodating room I think I've ever stayed in. From the setup of the room (loved that the AC was across the room from the bed, and not right next to it), to the amenities (beautiful pool area and nice workout room), and also the free Continental Breakfast (with real food such as scrabbled eggs, sausage and waffles!). Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel but pricey for the area.Posted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: The hotel was clean and offered a good variety of breakfast choices.
Cons: The room rate.
Location: Convenient to JSU.
This hotel is what you would expect of a Hampton Inn...clean and consistent with the brand's image. The staff members were courteous, and my room was clean. I did not like that the PTAC was hooked up to a thermostat because I alternately froze and roasted all night when it would turn on and off. In other words, I did not sleep well because of this. The room rate I paid seems pretty steep for the privilege of staying in Jacksonville, but I guess you can charge what you want when there are only two hotels in town. Overall, I was pleased. However, there are much better bargains just down the road in Anniston and Oxford.

Nice Hotel ----- Hard BedsPosted Jun 20, 2015 on Hotels
This hotel is conveniently located near Jacksonville State University. Stayed there to attend a college event. Service, convenience and breakfast buffet was great. However, the bed was extremely hard. It would be great if the hotel could add extra padding to the beds.

Pros: Close proximity to our destination, cleanliness of the facility and staff...
Cons: Better TV Cable
Location: We were there for a state basketball regional tournament and the facilities were within 2 miles of the tournament location...
Overall a great experience... Great staff and cleanliness facility...

There was only one towel and one washcloth in my room, the heat did not work very well and was very loud...there was slamming doors all throughout the night...very noisy. Could not get a good nights rest.

Friendliest staff.. Very nice hotelPosted Jan 9, 2015
Stayed at the hotel for my cousins wedding. The staff was very friendly and courteous.. The reception was at the hotel... Everything was very nice.. The city had some maintenance issue and shut off the water on the last night.. The hotel td me about the problem before I even knew there was a problem and they refunded me for the night.. Most hotels would only give you a partial credit or a credit for future use.. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time
