Roaches. We stayed there on Saturday, March 16th for one night. The hotel seemed nice but we didn't expect to see roaches in our room. I managed to kill one and brought it DISCREETLY to the front desk on our check out because we didn't want to alarm other guests. We waited 2 days to hear back from the manager, and had to follow up before they returned the call (I believe the GM's name is D.Beaver). I didn't expect to be compensated for the entire stay but they only offered us points which amount to about 42$. That's not what left me feeling bad. I just feel like the manager didn't care so much about what had happened and I don't think I'll be using those points. We had to carefully inspect our stuff on the way out to make sure the bugs didn't go into our bags. I recommend looking for another hotel, they're all in 10minute driving distance anyway.

I like it's location. Close to many food and shopping options. Close to other places of interest. As usual, everything at Hampton was good. This is our first choice when we travel.

Not enough parking spaces, especially it is combined with the adjacent hotel. Too many compact parking spots and our SUV barely fit in the one remaining parking space. Both hotels were full to capacity.

We were invited to use the digital key, as we were arriving very late. While the D key allowed access inside the lobby, it did not work at the room door. There was no one staffing the front desk, requiring a search of the office area to locate someone who could make a pair of key cards to grant access into the room. The room itself was only average and the next morning's breakfast tasted old, even at 7:00 am.
