Finally, a clean hotel in Jacksonville!! Room was spotless, very comfortable. Loved the variety of restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I had a very nice clean room that had 2 Queen beds, an overstuffed chair and a mini fridge. It was only missing an in-room Safe which for some reason does not appear to be common in Florida. The free Breakfast was acceptable and there was a good variety including a selection of coffees, tea or Hot Cocoa. There was also Grits which you don't see often. Parking was sufficient with easy access through a side door.

The staff was very helpful - especially the morning staff. The property was clean and well maintained. The fire-pit was a great spot to hang out and catch up. Parking can be a challenge at this location, however there all lots of food options in walking distance.

pressure clean at 2:49am?
we enjoyed everything about this hotel except one thing: it's 2:49am right now and there is someone outside of our window (next property) doing pressure clean!!!! at 2:49am?????? it's so loud that we almost wanted to call the police as this surely should be a violation of noise ordinance code at this hour. I hope Hampton Inn would do something about it, although the pressure clean seemed to be going on NOT on Hampton Inn's property, but it's right next to it, and right outside of our window. I guess there goes our sleep for tonight..... :(

Michael, who checked us in was superb. Asked our preferences as far as the room, which we've never been asked before. The breakfast staff was warm, friendly, and served a much better breakfast than our previous night's stay, also at a Hampton Inn. We will make sure to stay at this Hampton Inn again. The service and staff were outstanding.

We enjoyed our stay
We were in town for the Jaguars game and loved that the hotel was so close to the stadium. The breakfast was pretty good, the room was clean and quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

The welcoming smiles at the front desk and easy check in. We had to ask for bath shower gel and the response was almost inmediate! Also no problem accepting our emotional support dog. Such a pleasure to stay here!

We came to attend the 2023 Gator Bowl and stayed here for the night. The check in was easy and the lady at the desk was super nice and chatty with the guests. Everything was clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower wasn't the greatest. Breakfast was good and other guests seemed to have a nice stay as well...lots of both Clemson and Kentucky fans staying the weekend.

Enjoyed my stay
Loved my stay here. The room was comfortable, the staff were all incredibly nice and seem to care about your stay. The free breakfast was perfect. The area is also a big plus. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Just a quick 15 min or so drive to downtown Jacksonville. I would definitely choose to stay here again if the opportunity arises.
