The reason I rated the hotel so low was they did not honor our reservation. I reserved a handicap accessible room for my wife who is severely disabled. When we got there we were told they had overbooked and no accessible rooms were available. They did try to get us into another hotel but there were none available. They upgraded us to a suite which was very nice but did not meet my wife's needs. They also said our stay would be free and they would not bill Expedia.
