Really clean nice people comfortable beds too bad American Airlines sucks but on the good side of the story we got to spend another night at this hotel.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was great. It's only 10-15 minutes from the zoo so that was perfect for us.

Being a person that stays in a lot of hotels, I have come to not expect much from the complimentary breakfasts. This one was particularly bad. The milk was literally curdled and the orange juice tasted like it was one day away from being rancid. You'd think that in Florida you could get descent OJ. But if you skip the breakfast, this is an ok hotel. The whirlpool is out of order as of today (3/23/17) so if you're looking forward to that, check first.

It's a Holiday Inn Express. It's not exceptional but it's competent. They have an improved breakfast menu, and overall, it literally meets expectations.

Good location off I95, property OK but obviously needs refreshing. Why is free breakfast over at 9:30 on Sunday AM instead of 10. Overall, just OK

Close to everything. Wi-Fi was lousy. Shower did not have a good flow. Breakfast was same offerings. Was clean and comfortable. Ok place to stay.

A couple of the front desk attendants seemed bothered when problems were brought to their attention, whether empty ice machines, spotty wi-fi, or a water leak. Everyone knows things go wrong from time to time, so just smile, and assure guests the problem will be taken care of right away.

Checked in at midnight after flying in to Jacksonville, checked out at 630 am to drive to Valdosta. Awesome tree house and underground tunnel to Taco Bell. The monkey exhibit is awesome too.
