The upkeep of the facility is to be desired. I went to start the shower, and the bath faucet almost came off the wall. There was obvious water leak marks on the ceiling above the tub, and water damage to the shelf in the bathroom. The AC was unstoppable. The fan kept going and groaning all night. And, I found the bed covers dusty. Shelving in the cabinet was also ripped out. The last time we stayed there in another room, it was a way better experience. It was booked thru reward points and not Expedia. Don't know if that was the difference.

We found multiple baby spiders on our nightstand each night, otherwise room was clean. There was a fire on the third floor the morning of checkout. Had to lug our stuff down 5 flights of stairs… took four trips. Breakfast was decent, but very hectic in the breakfast area.

Check in staff very friendly; easy parking and walking distance to Publix and a few restaurants; close to Mayo Clinic - needs some smaller updates in bathrooms and elevators, but room was very comfortable and provides everything needed - would stay again - good value for price point

This was our second visit. We specifically chose it because it has a shuttle service to the Mayo, hourly. In October it was all great. Yesterday we checked in, signed up for the shuttle for morning. 7:00 a.m. there was a sign on the desk, shuttle not available. I understand things can happen, but someone should have called our room so we could make other plans. Disappointing.

Will not be back
Took forever to get hot water. Once we got hot water, the tub was filled with cold water. The tub did not drain. There was one towel upon arrival, dirty tissues on the side of the table next to the bed nobody answers the phone we came here to go to the mail clinic off to a terrible start.
