Watch out there is bug bed. I did have to change my room after getting bit multiple times I did take some pictures and give it to them there is no breakfast only muffin and coffee It’s misleading

This place was awful. The room wasn’t clean the sheets weren’t clean. The housekeeping was overwhelmed with requests to clean the room. The pictures online are representation of the rooms. Tub was dirty ice bucket and tray were filthy. We had remake the bed ourselves. This place should be offered on a site where you can get a refund unless you pay extra AND and strict guidelines associated with qualifying for a refund.

When I entered the room, it smelled like a garbage shoot. Had to ask for new sheets as the one on the bed was dirty. They need a new carpet.

Absolutely horrible. It’s a roach motel for crime. And even if you paid in advance online, you still have to put up a $50 deposit, which they don’t tell you about anywhere! And if you put it on your card it takes 3 days to get back!!!

There was a stack of discarded dirty mattresses sitting out in the elements right behind my room. Nice view and highly sanitary. The carpet in the room was smelly, badly stained and in need of replacement, the chips purchased from the vending machine were expired. Never again.

Old Microtel, would not stay here with kids. But solid value in the center of Jax. Easy to go to beach, UNF, Clay County, Downtown, or Northside from this spot. Lots of dining near by.

Honestly, I enjoyed being there. Although I was shocked of how small the room was. Definitely cute and cozy. Reasonably priced. The only negative thing that I did not like so much was the constant ringing of the phone. It rang the entire time we were there. I never did answer it. It rang like crazy once I got in the shower (After 10pm) and again at 3am, I disconnected the line after that. Got to relax a bit but I didn't get much rest. The breakfast was pretty good. Nice selections to choose from.

1. Backed up tub & calcified shower head. 2. I got a smoke free room but it smelled like an ashtray 3. Hair on the bed - and toilet wasn't flushed when I arrived. 4. Insects on bed—and on mirror counter. 5. People hanging outside in the parking lot smoking weed. I was so disgusted, I ‘slept’ in my hoodie and after laying down for a few hours I checked out early

This hotel is being exploited for the use of prostitution and the distribution of paraphernalia and drugs. There were drug purchases taking place at the time of my check in. The management seem to be part of the problem.

A lot of homeless in the parking lot. Too scary. The main lobby smells good but the hallways and the room smells terrible. It says non smoking but the room smells molds. No refrigerator no microwave.

The room smells cigarette even if it says no smoking. Homeless are around the parking lot didn’t sleep worrying our rent a car. Breakfast is free but no milk or sugar for the oatmeal. Breakfast only includes muffin, bagel coffee and orange and apple juice. We go inside the room and there bottle water left in the side and toothpaste on the side table. Toilet bowl is clogged. Towels smells smoke
