The room I was assigned was designated for the handicap. The curtain had a tear, the lights on the fan was inoperable, the shower was not cleaned thoroughly. The door was sticking so badly, I thought the door was locked. The door did not fit well in the jamb and no one thought to correct this. So the door had to be shoved open and pulled close with all my might. The misalignment also served to disallow the deadbolt from aligning correctly. The TV did not have many cable TV options, and it seemed very close tot he options for antenna TV. I expect a hotel at this level to have better in room entertainment. Breakfast was fine, a lot of CARBS and sugar; but as a person with specific dietary needs, they did have options that suited me.

The woman working the desk during the day is absolutely amazing! She really helped me and went out of her way for me! She was amazing! I love this hotel! The area is amazing and the rooms are always so clean and so so nice! My favorite hotel in the area and I stay here often

Excellent location. Facilities are good. Downstairs area greatly improved. Rooms need some updating, ie. Showers, mattresses, sitting areas.

Good handicap room, just wish they didn’t put these rooms at the far end of the hallway requiring a long walk from the elevator.

Its fine, a little skanky for what this ideal location should have to offer, considering all the high end shopping. But its just very convenient. A whyndam would be great.

I liked the location - it’s located in the Town Center mall so it’s very convenient!! I didn’t like they double charged me for the room… there was no pillow case on the extra pillow… no in room safe… the coffee make didn’t work…no ice machines on the floors so you have to ask for ice…

I almost froze
I wanted to love my stay but with 30 degree weather, my room had NO HEAT. There wasn’t a space heater or anything provided to me, I was given extra blankets but, I wasn’t in bed for my entire stay.

Loved our stay. So convenient for food in Town Center. Lots of parking and love the new wine & beer self service in the lobby. Always nice to have a suite to stretch out in. Had to run to meet someone for breakfast but the buffet looked good.

The property was very nice but service was terrible; reported no hot water in shower, they promised it would be fixed but it wasn't, so we had 2 nights in a row with cold showers......totally unacceptable for the price we paid!!

It was great but the pool was closed all 4 days of our stay! I looked forward having a pool in our hotel on our vacation. This was a bummer. I wish they could have done something to compensate this.
