Great location in the heart of Jacksonville and it's a very warm and inviting place to stay. They also have great place to sit out in the morning and enjoy coffee and breakfast.

The property in general is absolutely adorable so well taken care of and the location is perfect for walking anywhere in downtown Jacksonville.

Being in the heart of Jacksonville, but immediately off the main street does allow convenience and also a bit quieter

Room was great, small but clean and nice. Owner (Robert) however did not make it feel very comfortable and welcoming.
