It was great! No problems it was quite and safe, the room was very clean and the food was ok for free can't go wrong with these 2 days my wife and I spent here

Dirty Dirty

Pros: easy checkin
Cons: spray for roaches and make sure all the equipment in the room works properly
Location: not much
To start the first room they had placed us smelt like mildew. Once we moved to another room it had the smell as if people had been smoking. The night kept getting worse. AC stopped working. I went to use the restroom an noticed a roach crawling on the sink. We were watching TV and he comes another roach crawling on the tv stand. It was infeseted because we walked down the hall to go tell the front desk and they were crawling on the hallway walls.

Cons: STAFF TRAINING
COULD NOT SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH. HAD TO TELL HER MY NAME 7TIMES DURING CHECK IN. HAD A RESERVATION FOR PARTY OF 3,WAS GIVE ROOM FOR 2. SO HAD TO GO BACK DOWN AND CHANGE ROOMS. ALSO ASK ABOUT STAYING ANOTHER NIGHT. SHE TOLD ME THE PRICE FOR SECOND NIGHT WOULD BE DOUBLE WHAT I PAID FOR THE 1ST NIGHT AND I WOULD HAVE TO CHANGE ROOMS.

Good Stay

Pros: Nice and competitively priced.
Super comfortable bed, quiet, dark room when window dressing closed, no light peering in around window. A good sleep! Hot breakfast was exceptional.

Some improvement needed.

Location: Was there for work not a vacation.
First the dog next door barked so much we had to move our room. The electricity in the 2nd rooms bathroom did not work, and they said they did not know when a repair person could be there to fix it.. The the desk clerk was not at the desk during the morning hours. Not a good stay at all

In Texas for a Memorial

Pros: The beds, breakfast and smell.
Cons: The heating system....good heat but noisy...
Location: Right on highway 69...kinda cold for outdoor activities...
Our room was ready when we arrived...the area, hallway and room all smelled clean and fresh....our room was clean and comfortable...the bathroom was spotless. However, the heating/cooling unit was rather noisy...woke us up when it would come on but did a great job heating the room. Breakfast was great...something for everyone. Exercise room was great.

Monica was very polite and any questions I had she explained in detail, and all staff overly friendly...Will stay again . VERY CLEAN ROOMS! Overall rating # 5 excellent! On squares I rated good no blocks for excellent.
