They ask for me to put a credit card on file for incidentals. He further explained that this charge was only for if I got something from the bar, the restaurant, from the downstairs fridge, and if got something out of my room!

Beautiful property. The valet service was amazing, sweet gentleman that worked Easter weekend. Staff was friendly! I was a little disappointed with coming back to see my suitcase flipped over with my clothes everywhere. We had to ask for extra toilet paper. Overall I would stay again. Location was great! Shopping and restaurants all in walking distance.

Great Staff, great location, great Bar with an outstanding bartender, terrific Mixologist, AKA Craig Would definitely come back when the weather is warmer👍 The only negative which is minor, the room service did not replenish the coffee supplies or empty the trash when they serviced the room. And the Sink and shower hardware needs to be updated, they were hard to to turn off and on and looked old. The Valet Guys were kind, quick and had great suggestions for restaurants👍

We've been coming to One Ocean for over 20 years. Love the location and the staff, especially the Valet gentlemen. The hotel could use a refresh after all these years, but is still beautiful and a wonderful hotel. The amenities included in the resort fee need to be rethought. As an older guest not interested in sitting out by the pool or by the beach, cabana chairs aren't of interest to me. Nor are the bikes. I loved it when the room was stocked with free snacks, treats and drinks.

Very disappointed
We have stayed there many times over the years. Now it's time for a major refresh. Nothing has changed over the years, and it shows. The rooms used to be stocked with various snacks (included in the resort fee). Now nothing. When I asked, the person at the counter, he said that now the resort fee allows you to make your own coffee. $35 for parking and $30. for a resort fee is out of hand. Also, the lobby bar is no longer in use. It is just a big empty space. As the only real hotel in the area, it makes no sense. I hope a general redo happens in the near future.

I was very disappointed to find I was charged $35 after my stay for parking. Expedia listed nothing about a required valet parking fee-only the resort fee. When arriving at the resort, I asked if I could park myself and the Valet said no it was valet only. He did not mention any charge. There was NO signage stating their was a charge. At the front counter, I never signed anything agreeing to a parking charge. I called and spoke to Anthony on 1/3/24 and would not remove the charge for me. The room was overpriced for what it is, and to try to fleece customers for another $35 with no option to self park is dishonest in my opinion.

The staff was very helpful and polite. Right on the beach alot of bang for your buck. Would recommend and syltay again. The only complaint is outlets bring a 4 in 1 plug or however many to accommodate your charging mreds for phone, laptop, tablet, kids tablet... etc. Other than that its worth a look in a great lication for shopping eating or just walking around and takin in scenery

We found an apple core under the chair in our room. It had obviously been there for awhile. Shocking given we had to pay a $150 deep cleaning fee for a 10 pound dog that sleeps in a cage. Bathroom could also be cleaner.

The staff couldn't have been nicer and tried to be extremely accommodating. At no fault of the staff-my complaint is with the room. The room was small especially the bathroom that my Husband 6'6 couldn't fit in. The room had a burn hole in the floor and stains on the chair. For the costs associated with a resort and fees charged, I was highly disappointed with the room.
