Terrible Quality

The staff left our door open, the area was bad, the bathroom had hair as well as the towels. The first receptionist was very nice and helpful. Rosa, the second one was rude, condescending and uncaring. Most of the reason we left was due to her lack of caring about our door being open with our valuables exposed. Not worth the stay

Ok stay

You get what you pay for. Not a bad place but there was numerous stains (bed and floor) that made me feel as if the room wasn't clean.

We were not expecting anything amazing but our stay at this hotel was horrible: Our shower/bathroom looked as if it had not been cleaned since the last person staying in the room. The hotel is under renovations currently and walking to our room from the front lobby was like basically walking through a construction zone. One of the comforters on the bed had multiple burn marks and was very unclean. When we left our room the first night to go to dinner the people staying next door were outside their room drinking and smoking and harassed us as we walked down the stairs (they did the same when we came back, and the next day). To open our room door we had to almost kick the door down because it would get stuck. The only good thing we experienced at the hotel was the continental breakfast.

Ok if you can get over the bathtub mold, roaches,

I was in town for a concert. The front desk man was great. Very nice. Cleaning crew was helpful w locating my room, but seemed annoyed to have to do so. My room had roaches (not many but 1 is a lot for me) and the bathtub was terrible. There were black dots on the bath mat and mild wad growing and swaying in the water under the mat. I showered with flip flops on. To top it off, the white comforter had a significant blood stain on it. I took pictures of all of this to report to corporate.

Hotel under renovation but they are doing a great job. Staff was friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Will be staying here again!!!

Honest Opinion

The hotel was good, I liked how they were doing renovations. The free breakfast was also good along with the service i got. The only two things I didn't like was the bathroom sink being in the actual room of the suite, and the hot tub was not functional

Super Bargain!!!

This property is going through a massive renovation. I would say half of the rooms are included. Do not let that stop you from staying here however. The rooms are very quiet and spacious. I stayed in a premier king which had a living room with a sofa; chair, coffee table, 36" flat screen TV, microwave and refrigerator. The bedroom also had a 36" flat screen, with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The place is like a small apartment. The only down side is the WIFI. Don't count on it.

It has it's ups an downs

The front desk workers were really nice and attentive. However the hotel is under a lot of construction. As well as the entry road to gain access to the hotel. Next thing, my room had water bugs aka roaches that kept surfacing and there were no hand towels in the bathroom either.

Under construction

Hot tub is broken and the rooms are under construction .. don't pay 60 a night for this place ..we booked 5 nights and only stayed one then left...

I am sorry you could only stay 2days out of your 5day res after our staff discovered pets in our non-pet friendly hotel. Our hotel is currently under going a full renovation. However the work is being done during business hours. Next time you are in town please feel free to come see the renovations.
