Made a good choice

Pros: clean with good staff
Cons: no sure
Location: located close to everything
2 day stay with no issues, only down side was the rain on the first day.

My stay at Quality Inn was very pleasant the staff was very helpful and professional. The room was very nice room temperature was just right. Will stay again when traveling.

Short stay.

Only problem with comfort was problem with heat/AC unit. Thermostat seemed to have an issue. Good Breakfast.

Good location.

Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: We were missing towels and wash cloths on our 2nd night. We notified the front desk, & that night there was a pile of towels on the bed.
Location: Walmart and restaurants right next door.
I was surprised to find an extra charge on my credit card upon returning home. There is no indication as to what it is for, but since I prepaid for the room, and did not do anything except sleep in it, I can't figure out what I am being charged extra for!

Poor Life Safety Compliance

The ratings I gave were due to the Fire Safety features in the building. As a Fire Door Assembly Inspector I was dissatisfied to see that the stairwell doors were not the required labeled doors they should be. Also the first floor stairwell door near room 101 didn't even latch. This puts all occupants on the 2nd & 3rd floors that would use that stairwell at great risk in the event of a fire. I mentioned this to the staff and they said they would get it fixed. I will be returning in a week and will definitely check this again.
