This place looks rough, the room was in rough shape. The front desk was asking for a cash deposit, first time I've ever been asked for a cash deposit at a hotel.

The young lady at the front desk was kind and courteous. She did give us the wrong time for breakfast telling us 7-10. At 8:30 breakfast was over. Customers were asking for breakfast and they put a sign up that said breakfast ended at 8:30. There was no food put out at all and everyone was turned away without apologies. So no breakfast for us which was supposed to be included. The downstairs lobby of the hotel was very pretty and the dining area looked very nice. There was a long winding staircase to get to the second floor. There is no elevator and no ground floor rooms were available. My husband and I struggled getting our suitcases up the stairs. The light was on when we entered the room and the one sitting chair was wedged under the door that connects the room to the one next door. The bed looked clean but there was an empty water bottle on the floor and the floor was sticky under my shoes. The wallpaper was peeling as well. We slept with the light on and didn’t feel very safe or secure, not the best sleep at all. This could be a nice hotel if it was invested in but I would not stay here again as it is now, nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone else at this time.

The on duty manager checked our room and told the person to change it to a different room. The room we stayed in was very clean and nice. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. Yes i would stay there again if there was a manager to check the room!

It had nice open areas and the staff were very courteous. The room was clean, but the breakfast was pretty low on cleanliness. The plastic forks were not in individual plastic sheeths, the coffee was old, the other guests had their hands in the food and took the bottle of syrup to their own table and no staff stopped them. The sausages did not have a serving utensil so people just used their fingers.

Besides hearing the room next doors tv ALL night long and feeling like I was watching the show with them, I must say they had nice wash clothes, but that’s about it. The lady at the front desk was very rude when we asked for two extra towels because our room was only provided with ONE. While the shower is running make sure you cover the floor with towels because it not only leaked into the bathroom, but also the main room. Overall, I do not recommend this place and will not stay again.

Just the overall appearance is lacking. There’s no signage saying Windsor so I almost drove past the hotel. It’s more like a extended stay than a hotel which draws in certain types.

I honestly did not expect much, however I was pleasantly suprised. My room was clean, the staff was very accommodating and respectful, and the location is 5 minutes from the airport. I enjoyed my stay and would come back for another visit.

Don’t stay here. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. Arrived after midnight to a light room with the TV on, which made us wonder who was hanging out in there before we arrived. The toilet seat was half unhinged, the shower tap was difficult to turn on and off. The fan was really loud and it couldn’t be turned off. There was an air freshener dispenser that dispensed heavy scent all night to mask the odour of god knows what. It was a sketchy place that left me feeling unsafe and uncomfortable. Book yourself into the Hilton up the road and you’ll have a far better experience.

Dear Margaux- Thank you for staying with us!! We usually leave a light on so when you arrive late you don't have any issues turning lights on. We also leave the tv on so u don't have to worry about how to turn on. Oh and as far as the air freshener is so when you walk in the room you have a nice smell in the room. Not sure what you are referring to fans.we don't have fans. In addition we have security in the premises! We hope you find happiness else where!!

Bathroom ceiling collapsed from water leak at 11:30 PM. Others with problems in lobby when I arrived for assistance-no phones in rooms-and was told there were no rooms to move to. Only option offered was call Expedia for refund and drive 175 miles home at mid nite. This place is a rathole.

Super clean , super quiet, super affordable, GOD blessed with great room. Eggs were seasoned really good and pancakes were delicious. The staff are great. The room was clean and comfortable. No extreme fees, excellent stay.

Room was big, spacious bathroom, comfy bed, lots of parking available. The lobby is super pretty and the front desk attendant was nice. Idk why this place has so many bad reviews, it’s a great deal for the price. If you’re expecting to get a 5 star resort experience from a $70/night motel, maybe you should lower your expectations lol. But if you need a safe place to rest your head near the airport, definitely give this place a chance!

We will never stay in this hotel ever again. I looked on line for a hotel close to Jacksonville Airport FL.the airport and found this on at around $75 a night 4 miles from the airport. The outrageous taxi fair of $25 each way was unexpected . Why this hotel doesn't run a shuttle bus to the airport had we had known this added cost we would not have stayed here. I asked the receptionist for a list of taxi to take us back to the airport, but the receptionist could not give me any help. No information, or assistance. If you are visiting from overseas and don't have access to Uber/Lyft it was down to us to arrange a private car hire to get us back to the airport . This left a bad taste in our mouths and the decision never to use Expedia or this hotel in the future. S. Lawrence
