Enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again soon. We enjoyed Gigi's and The Comedy Zone as well. We have no complaints.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Pros: The restaurant morning buffet was good with plenty of selection. Our waiter went beyond normal to keep us topped up
Cons: Customer Service is TERRIBLE, had the attitude that we are there to service them,if these were my employees they would be fired The Pool was filthy
Came back to our room at the end of the day to find it hadn't been cleaned at all. Called the front desk and reported the incident and asked if clean towels could be brought up. The receptionist told us that if we wanted new towels we had to come to the front desk and get them ourselves. When i told her that I thought it was their responsibility, she responded with "it's not my problem and if you want towels then you have to come get them from the front desk". The next morning I requested to speak to the manager and was told that he was too busy and if I had a complaint to call their customer service number to file it.

Good bed great shower for handicapped, lots of power outlets. Good lighting. Need at least one more trash can.

Cons: I think before electronically changing all of the rooms, they should alert visitors upon check-in that they do change access keys the day before.
Location: The location was not far from my brother's house, so we were able to visit him. We did venture out to Orange Park Mall and St. Augustine.
The hotel room was adequate. However, I found it very disappointing that housekeeping did not come in once to make the beds. She did give us towels and supplies for the room, but that was about it. Also, I had paid for the room visit from Sunday to Wednesday, and had to go back to the front desk on Tuesday because they found it necessary to change the key access to the side door and room, which I found rather inconvenient since I am still recovering from surgery, and am not always comfortable.

Cons: Refurbish room and furniture. Separate the bar from the hotel reception.
First of all, the staff were wonderful, pleasant and helpful! The facilities and fellow customers...yeesh. Room smelled like cigarettes. Bed was lumpy, saggy, and squeaked. There was a bottle opener screwed to the bathroom door frame, What?! When we went to the check-in desk, a customer was yelling at the receptionist, then promptly turned around and sat at the BAR RIGHT NEXT to the reception area. This is not a family friendly retreat. Pass. It. By. Stay somewhere more expensive in the city center.

Pros: Live entertainment in the hotel.
Location: A lot of good stores in the area.
Peaceful and quiet, has a Comedy club inside free to the customers. The room was clean, didn't have a problem.

Expect cheap. not bad if you're prepared.

This hotel is connected to a comedy club. If you get a room in building C you don't have to worry about parking or noise. fridge/microwave combo is a convience. not bad for a cheap hotel.
