Cons: the breakfast selection was good but the food was cold and the coffee taste bad.

Nice place!! Quiet and relaxing!

Nice place to spend a few nights when we were traveling. Staff very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Great pool area with plenty of seating. Would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay!

What an amazing time my boyfriend and I had at Red Lion in Jacksonville Florida. We plan to go back every time. The staff out did them selves. I'm just naming a few and I really wish I could name them all. Every one !! Housekeeping, servers, front desk, dishwasher gentlemen etc. Marco, Shane, and Amanda at the front desk thank you for everything! Can't wait to see ya'll soon.

noisey hotel

Pros: breakfast was really good
Cons: room cleanliness
very nosiey could not sleep in pass 0800. hotel room was unkept and bed sunken in. definately not worth the money.

Pros: Hotel staff friendly and accommodating to early check in due to arriving from out of state early. Dave & Busters across street For both kid and adult entertainment. Convenient to highway access. Free parking. Cons: The rooms were really small and outdated. Breakfast was not included in overall price. Outside pool and not able to use due to cold weather.

Location: golf
Hotel staff courteous, tries to please. Room plain but clean. Nomally I like a firm bed, but this bed was too hard and the controller for firmness not operative. Good coffee at free breakfast.

Very comfortable bed and clean room. Plumbing is a bit dated and noisy otherwise no complaints.

A GOOD VALUE

Pros: My favorite thing was my room. Very clean and updated.
Cons: The restaurant staff was VERY BAD. I waited several minutes to be seated and was ignored by staff members who looked at me as they walked by so I left
Location: Town Center is only a few minutes away. Massive shopping and dining complex.
Overall I had a good experience at the Red Lion Hotel. The room was very nice and clean. The pool area was very nice. The reception, checkout and housekeeping staff were all pleasant, professional and helpful. The restaurant staff were BAD ! Parking was easy and free. Location was good and easy to find.
