Convenient to the interstate

Pros: The bed and pillows were great. Normally hotels have flat pillows but this hotel had nice pillows. I didn't have to use mine.
Cons: The house keeping. Bathroom had not been swept. Toilet tissue in the room. I only had half a roll. Dead roach on air conditioner, showing not cleaned
The room was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The housekeeping could have been better and more access and easier access to the parking lot. It was a huge place with only a few stairs so it was inconvenient getting baggage to room. You had to walk to the office for ice or snacks which was very inconvenient.

Great Staff with excellent Customer Service skills. The rooms are clean and Comfortable. It is close to Public Transportation. Reasonable Prices.

Location: There is nothing.
I had a mouse run over my foot in the middle Of the night and the staff refused to refund us or even move our room. There is also mold in every room. Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever been too.

Pretty much what you'd expect for a $40 room. Pretty disappointing but good location and okay staff.

Close to Everything

So, it is not a 4-star hotel but if you are on a very limited budget it works. We've stayed here many times and have had no issues. The staff is great and the rooms are clean. Will stay again.

Very nasty, dirty rooms, loud, loud noise outside and in halls. EVERY ROOM HAD TO BE CLEANED OVER AGAIN. VERY SAD

Very Horrible Never Will I Stay Here Again... Everything Was Dirty Floors Beds Shower.etc Room Smells Like Mold..Very Nasty..Has Ghost Or Spirts In The Room Shower Cuts On By It Self n This Was Moved In The Room..

The real America

Many of the people were residents , some were 1 nighters with no transportation , others on vacation. Seeing parents getting their kids off to school mixed with other caring and not so caring people...all in all a place that felt like its own little neighborhood where people get along.
