The room wasn't too bad, considering the price. But there was no spoons or forks in the room, and only one bowl. And when your a family of four having one bowl and no silverware really has its issues. Called to the front desk and the lady said she would look and then we never heard anything back. The lady at the front desk was more concerned with her personal phone calls then helping the guests.

Close to Camp Lejeune and all stores.

The staff was amazing,very friendly and helpful. They went above & beyond,especially Crystal. I felt right at home.This is a hotel that is pet friendly as my Son just came back from deployment he asked I bring his dog,Zeus to homecoming,best Christmas ever ...I will recommend this hotel to all!

Smoke finds its way into your room

The room had a couple fleas. Also, it was a non-smoking room but smoke from other rooms found its way into mine.

Close the base

My room had quite a few cockroaches in it and I eventually moved to a different room because I kept finding so many(including a group of about 10 camping out on the top of the kitchen cabinets). The work out equipment needed some maintenance. The iron was old and left spots on my clothes. On the plus side the room has a full size fridge, a 2 burner stove top and a nice shower.

Very clean,

Pros: Cleanliness, comfortable rooms, large bathroom facilities.
Cons: Find a softer pillow line for the beds.
Location: Close to base but you did have to drive to find eating establishments.
Very nice hotel. Clean and overall quiet. Our room was across from a club so some noise was experienced from club music but it was tolerable. Excellent staff that we interacted with but there were times that the main desk was not manned.

GREAT for price we paid!

The only complaints we really have about this hotel; is the beds are not soft at all, the heat you could not get on a comfortable temperature, and I had asked for a wake up call at 8am, the computer called me at 6:50am. No breakfast, but a McDonald's right down the road...so no biggie. Now, everyone always points out the negative things only...lets go over some goodies. Rooms are VERY spacious! We got the two double room, and we had room for our kids to play around. It had almost a full kitchen in it with exception of a oven. But it has a full size fridge, stove top, sink, and cabinet space. I did see in another review they had mentioned the club next door that was blaring music all night... THAT CLUB HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN AND THEY ARE SELLING THE BUILDING. So it's really quiet out there now, besides the helicopters, but come on, you're right by a Marine Corp base. Staff, was wonderful from check in to check out! Check in isn't until 3pm, but the lady let us check in at 7:30am because we had gotten into town early. Went down stairs to let them know about the phone waking me earlier than wanted, man was super nice about it and apologized. It was an overall pleasant stay. OH TAKE YOUR OWN COFFEE CUP! Lol.
