1st room I checked into.The TV did not work.They tried to fix it but did not.Gave me another room.TV did not work again.Both rooms smelled.Air Conditioning units were very noisy. Overall a very unpleasant experience.Would not recomend this hotel to anyone. I do have to say the staff meaning a young man at the front desk did his best but was limited in what he had to work with

Booked a King bed online and when I got there the front desk clerk explained that there were no king rooms due to a plumbing issue and then flat out refused to give me a refund leaving myself and my husband stuck with a double queen bed room. We were specifically looking for a hotel with a King room available and only booked this hotel because it had one available. Also, the property looks nothing like the pictures, Its a run down dump in a disgusting area and was a horrible experience altogether 😪.

The Petals family are notorious for NOT maintaining their facilities. 1). Parking lanes are too tight, you can not get in and out of your vehicle. 2). Roaches in the rooms and in the breakfast area. 3). Weekend breakfast is supposed to have sausage, biscuits & gravy on the weekends and only had on 1 Sunday in a month. 4)TV doesn’t work half the time. 5) toilet leaks water on the bathroom floor. Sink has a hole in the bowel that leaks water on the floor in the room. 6). They increased the price of the room by double ( unannounced).

The staff was unpleasant. I was charged an extra fifty dollars required up front for security essentials (what essential towels and a coffee pot) or no key after I paid for my room. Staff didn’t know of any restaurants nearby to eat it even the Burger King next door. Prostitutes in three rooms ground floor showing off their wares. I would tell you to not advertise this motel as it is not up to your standards. One waste can one broken chair

I liked that it was clean no bugs, and they stayed true to there word about being able to pay at the hotel. Didnt charge a deposit either. I didnt feel real safe though because i couldnt double lock the door and heard screaming and horns going off outside, but other than that it was cool. Id stay again in a pinch.

We stayed here 2 days...We had absolutely no issues, the room was clean the bed was comfortable the tv worked. It served the purpose for what it is. I would stay here again.

The pictures make it look like it’s cute and trendy but when you get there you realize it’s just an old motel that they’ve added a coat of paint and curtains to. The bathroom ceiling was disgusting and the breakfast was laughable. Nearby is a strip club, a gun shop and a sex store.

I have stated in convenience motels before but this by far is the most dirty I have ever been in. The sink was dirty, toilet seat was dirty, the bathroom floor needed to be wipe...I would give it a 2 out of 10. I was very disappointed. It looks very clean on picture but the room we stayed in was not anything I'm used to. And the only reason we had not left, it was because it was only for one night.

Second time in SureStay Hotel while visiting family and it was good for spending the night and taking some breakfast. The orange juice is delicious. The room always clean and comfortable. This time the shower wasn't so good, but in general it was pleasant experience.

This property is really bad, Expedia shouldn’t promote them! It’s dirty, full of mold, smelled bad and there were holes on the walls. The room they gave us was horrible we switched to another and it was worse so we had to cancel our reservation and left to find another place to stay of how bad this place is!!! Do yourself a favor and don’t stay at SureStay!!!

Very disappointed
To be honest, very disappointed with the condition being part somehow of Best Western umbrella!!! Very, very, very disappointed!! The rooms are very outdated, need a very good TLC, bed are not too comfortable and the smoke smell (non smoking room) was noticeable and also saw few people smoking inside some rooms that were non smoking too. Air conditioning for being on winter held well and no complaints regarding being too hot or too cold. Tub are very outdated and shower head not too clean with loads of lime, but heats fast and last a while. The coffee stuff were opened and not replaced, the breakfast is complimentary but it is very basic, not as described on their website, only egg on hot part and waffles (with poor mixture) wich makes a very soft and soggy waffle. No fruits option at all and on overall very basic not making any sense for Best Western pattern. My little one forgot something at room and was very difficult to get to talk to somebody regarding this and after 24 hours we manage to talk to someone, but they can’t do nothing, even us paying them to place on post. (It was a small girl sentimental pillow) light and fits well on large envelope. But they can’t do nothing, only leave on reception to be collected, wich is not an option as we live nearly 300 miles from the hotel. Overall I think that was very overpriced for the quality of the service. Location was ok, not far for i95 and for only one night it should be ok!

Charged for smoking in a room when in fact no one smoked in the room, there is no literal proof of smoking. We don’t even smoke at all. That’s the only major issue, other than that, everything was great.

There was a strong smell in the room. Moldy and old urine smell. There was a large red stain on the floor (blood?). We were scheduled to stay there for a week, but after one night and a half can of Fabreeze, we checked out. The room seemed to be in poor condition over all.
