Room was not clean to post COVID standards.Three men in one room and toilet didn't flush. No do not disturb tags, who does that? Specifically told front desk I didn't want housekeeping until I checked out because there were no do not disturb tags. They entered anyway. Pre historic television Showerhead was 6 inches below my nose. I'm not that tall. I'm over this chain.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Outside looks older but inside has been renovated. It’s not a super fancy place but it’s clean and comfortable. Definitely a good place to stay again.

I would not stay there by myself
The front desk staff was wonderful very friendly very knowledgeable of the area. The room itself was nice could have been a little bit cleaner and we thought the beds were extremely comfortable. The downfall to the hotel is the riff Raff that is roaming the parking lot and stairwells. Our room smelled terrible from marijuana the people that were below us definitely were smoking it in the room. Our female friend was in the room next to us and was very uncomfortable her first night there because we did not get in until the next night. We were approached a couple times by men just walking around the hotel grounds. I would definitely recommend the hotel reach out to the local police or employee somebody for security. We did have dinner across the street at the Mexican restaurant in the little shopping center and I would highly recommend it we thought the food was very good.

The room was nice and clean. The only thing is, and it wasn’t that bad, but my recommendation would be to separate your out-of-town guest or your one night guest away from the guest that actually live on the property we replaced next-door to a guest that lived there, and the dogs barked and, they in and out slamming the doors probably work out better to keep them separated other than that everything was great

There were two men fighting at the property Friday night when I got back to the premises. I went to the office to report this because they were out of control. I was told they had already called the police on them at least two times. I inquired why they were still here and was informed that they lived there. I was informed that they were probably either drunk or high and they do it all the time and I slept with my gun next to me in bed . My refrigerator would not keep things cool but the freezer was froze up the sink faucet leaked . The shower drain was clogged. There were burn holes on my comforter and it was a non-smoking room supposedly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone if there had been anything else available in the area I would have left there was a group of construction workers outside my door on Saturday night when I return. It was not a good situation.

Location and price were perfect
Definitely worth staying. Recently remodeled. AC worked well cooling and as a sound machine. Close to Chief Ladiga Trail and the ultimate refueling location nearby….,Waffle House😀. Off for another long ride on the trail. Price was excellent also!!

Annual Silver Comet/Chief Ladiga trail
We rode the Silver Comet/Chief Ladiga trails. Started in Smyrna, Ga and biked to Anniston, Al. Stayed the night Red Roof Inn and rode back to Smyrna. The room appears to be newly renovated. Clean room, new flooring, fresh look. We would likely stay here again on our next ride.
